We ship Bing worldwide, but it's missing from a number of locales in list.json.

It should be added to them all.

Also Qwant is in locales it isn't supposed to. (UK, ireland, Germany)

We should also check Ecosia.

This probably depends on the search consolidation work (bug 1818323) that is just starting, unless it is needed before then.

Agreed, I just wanted to make sure we track it somewhere depending on the timing of the search work.

Especially with wanting to make sure Bing is everywhere.

This should be fixed with the search consolidation done.

The above locales include the Bing search engine. Tested on the latest Nightly 142.0a1 from July 5, 2025, on a Xiaomi Pad 5 (Android 13).

Search consolidation has shipped in 140 (bug 1969324), so marking this as fixed.
