The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Component: Untriaged → Audio/Video: Playback
Product: Firefox → Core
SOLVED: 1. Install Media Feature Pack for Windows N. Type in windows search Optional Features, then add it.
2. You might need to enable in like this guy did https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/media-feature-pack-not-working/12c6f866-e9f6-426e-9bd8-2d668db8e70f
3. And the main thing is: UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS
