Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open specific videos on youtube(not every) like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xN5_VO7Nbu8
    2.Or try watch reddit videos.
  2. Or try listening to audios or watching videos on web.telegram.org

Actual results:

  1. "Your browser can't play this video." Sometimes "An error occured. Playback Id: ....."

  2. Usually videos don't load, sometimes load but with no audio
  3. No audio

Expected results:

  1. Videos load
  2. Videos load and audio plays
  3. Sound plays

SOLVED: 1. Install Media Feature Pack for Windows N. Type in windows search Optional Features, then add it.
2. You might need to enable in like this guy did https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/media-feature-pack-not-working/12c6f866-e9f6-426e-9bd8-2d668db8e70f
3. And the main thing is: UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS
