If there are more bookmarks in the personal toolbar folder than visible in the
window make them accessible like bookmarks in a folder (a "more" button?). This
would enhance the personal toolbar folder if you're working with several windows
and some of them are smaller ;)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put enough bookmarks in the personal toolbar folder
Actual Results:  
If there are too many they're not visible

Expected Results:  
Create a virtual "more" folder with the last bookmarks
