Steps to reproduce:
I recently discovered that the sort order of folder names doesn't work correctly with Swedish characters (ÅÄÖ). It has worked correctly before. I can't tell in which version the problem was introduced. Thunderbird version 128.6.0esr, Windows 10.
Actual results:
Folder names should be sort in order XYZÅÄÖ. But instead Ö is sorted as "O", that is as MNOÖPQ.
For the moment I have no folders named starting with the letters ÅÄ, but I guess they will be sorted as "A", that is AÅÄBCD.
Expected results:
The sort order of the folder names should be ABC...XYZÅÄÖ
