Steps to reproduce
- Open a webpage and tap on 3 dots menu.
- Tap on Report broken site...
- Check the What's broken area and "Send" button.
Expected behavior
There is no error displayed and the "Send" button is enabled when accessing the form for the first time. (see Figma)
Actual behavior
"Please choose a reason" error message is displayed and "Send" button is disabled.

- Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 136 (2025-01-27)
- Android device model: Samsung S24 Ultra
- Android OS version: Android 14
Any additional information?
The "Please choose a reason" error message appears and the button is disabled only after attempting to submit a report without selecting a reason.

This is actually not a bug, rather a late-addition scope change. After the QA ticket was filed, Product requested the "Reason" dropdown to be made a mandatory field. This was added over in Bug 1941822.
