Page setup does not work in Composer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit a page in Composer
2.Click File==Page Setup
3.The Page Setup dialogue box does not appear, actually nothing happens. But,
print function works well.

Actual Results:  
The page setup dialogue box does not appear.

Expected Results:  
Display the mac os x page setup dialogue box.

Confirmed using FizzillaMach/2003022103.

See also bug 163641 about nonfunctioning Page Setup menu items in other places,
but in places where there is no corresponding Print menu, thus the Page Setup
item should be removed instead of fixed as here.

just to clarify comment 1...  page setup should work in Composer

(although I can be convinced that it be fixed by temporarily removing the menu
item as on Windows in which case this bug should be reopened)

Yes, sorry, that's what I said,though perhaps not very clearly. Page Setup
should work in Composer since Composer should be able to Print, and in fact it
has a Print menu item which works.

The other places Page Setup exists but doesn't work mentioned in bug 163641
don't have a Print menu item, so it doesn't make any sense to even have Page Setup.
