Ok, I got as far as I could following https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/build/buildsystem/toolchains.html#macos, but got:

ERROR - 403 Forbidden: no permission to upload internal files: no permission to upload internal files

Not totally surprised, but if I could get some help with that it'd be great :)
