STR:
- Drag a tab over the first tab so that it shows the grouping indicator without it repositioning on latest Nightly 137.0a1 (2025-02-05) with
browser.tabs.groups.enabled = true
. - Slowly drag the tab to the left so that the underlying first tab moves to second position.
- Keep slowly dragging to the left.
Expected:
Grouping indicator for underlying tab has stable visible appearance.
Actual:
Grouping indicator for underlying tab flashes while tab is being dragged over it.

Dragging to the left in step 3 (away from underlying tab) no longer shows grouping indicator for the underlying tab, only when dragging to the right (towards underlying tab). Consequently the grouping indicator no longer flashes.
Fixed by Bug 1945788.
