1948182 - With Layer compositor enabled, Blink of cursor redraws (with dcomp) the whole about:config page. Similarly, mousing over rows in about:config redraws the whole page.

enable layer compositor
enable debug-dcomp-redraw thingy
go to about:config

** STR1: **
Type "dcomp" into the search bar and continue to keep the cursor inside the search bar

AR: Till the cursor blinks, the whole page redraws
ER: Only the srachbar should redraw, same as the current compositor

STR2
Move mouse over the different rows of about:config
AR: the whole page redraws
ER: Reduced page should redraw, same as the current compositor.
