Enable layer compositor
Enable gfx.webrender.debug.dcomp-redraw-regions
Go to https://codepen.io/Skagoo/pen/NWybbGB
Let the animation start. Once the animations start, put the tab in the background
Now open a new tab in the foreground
AR: the foreground tab will continuously redraw
ER: Not so, same like the current compositor.
