The positioning of the settings icon in the debugger source tree is odd. It floats over scrollbars and doesn't have any background.
Overall it looks a bit unpolished and buggy.

On top of the scroll bar issue, the icon also becomes hard to see when a selected source is behind it. In dark mode the contrast is better.

Issue is reproducible on a 2025-02-18 Firefox Nightly build on macOS 14.
Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 138.0a1 and Firefox 137.0b4 on macOS 14, Ubuntu 22, Windows 10.
