Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2) Gecko/20021202
Build Identifier: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.3b/Red_Hat_8x_RPMS/gtk2/i386/
I was unable to use the "~" character on the url bar with Mozilla 1.3b which
prevents me visiting some web sites. I could copy it from the location bar
history because it contained some sites I visited with 1.0.1.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the url bar
2.Try to add "~" to the url
3.
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Add "~"
I have fi-latin-1 keyboard and fi_FI@euro characters if that makes a difference...

Works for me, gtk2 build 20030225 on solaris 8/sparc. I can type '~' into the
url bar with no trouble.
