Steps to reproduce
- Create a few tab group.
- Right click on a Tab you havent used and Create a Tab group with it.
- Right click another tab and open the Add Tab to a group submenu.
Expected result
- Tab groups should show recently created Groups at the top and maybe have some improvements for the created groups from non active tabs.
Actual result
- Creating a Tab group from a non active tab or a tab we havent used in a while it will not show that tab group a the top.
