Steps to reproduce:
- Close Firefox
- Play audio from your built-in speaker on your Android device, e.g. from a music player
- Start Firefox while the audio is playing
Actual results:
A random crackling sound plays for a split second as the app launches. This only happens for the built-in speaker and happens every time the app starts, with the sound differing randomly.
Expected results:
No crackling sound.

Yes, this happens reliably every time I have audio playing on my speakers while starting up Firefox

This likely requires a startup profile from Firefox for Android.

I was wrong and this isn't a dupe. I think it also happens on other OSes.
