I am using Milestone 11, on Linux-Mandrake 6.0. When using the 'Manage
Bookmarks' feature, the file menu initally opens up and is diplayed behind the
listing of bookmarks. If you select the items in the drop down file menu, they
are raised to the front and appear to work fine.

This sounds very much like a duplicate of bug 16018, "[DOGFOOD] Images draw
through on to the menus", ASSIGNED.
