1952618 - Firefox ask me for masterkey for no reason

Steps to reproduce:

to store my passwords and logins in Firefox safely, i defined a masterkey/password. as soon i visit a webpage where my login password is requested, i have first to enter my masterkey once to unlock the password storege in Firefox.

and i defined an empty new tab as start up for Firefox. so every time i open Firefox, i am on a new empty tab.

Actual results:

since Firefox 136.0 i already get two times a request to enter my masterkey/password on the new empty start up tab for no reason.

Expected results:

if i start Firefox and the empty new start up tab shows up, there is no reason to enter the masterkey/password. i expect the request for the masterkey/password first, if i visit a webpage for that i stored my login data previously, but not already on an empty blank new tab.
