Details
The new appearance settings of Thunderbird are not translated in non-English builds, neither in the stable release of Thunderbird 136 nor in Thunderbird 138 Daily. And it seems that the translations are not exposed to Pontoon at all. At least I can't find any of these strings there.

Thanks for reporting this. I've just merged a PR https://github.com/thunderbird/thunderbird-l10n-source/pull/43 which was long overdue. Apologies, we've fallen behind on l10n this first quarter due to resources, but will keep an eye on them going forward.
