For now, the paused line is only highlighted with top and bottom border lines, which doesn't make it obvious that's the actual paused location.
It would be nice to use a yellowish background to better highlight it.

Rename "new debug line" into "paused line", while removing redundancy between source-editor and Editor CSS files.
