Sanitizer.maybeMigratePrefs

  • newContext same as formDataContext
  • if/else cleanup: setting variable and overwriting in if branch could be simplified for readability/maintainability
  • clearUserPref -> default value when getting pref and remove old migration pref
  • new profiles also do the migration instead of using default values
