1953500 - Tabs minimum width not respected for tabs with the a "media button" besides website icon

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:136.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/136.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. set "browser.tabs.tabMinWidth" preference to 350
2. navigate to youtube.com (tab size still fine)
3. click a link to a page with a video
4. a "media button" appears besides the website icon instead of replacing it (that's the new part) and the tab is smaller than it should be (I guess it revert to default size)
5. pause the video
6. wait 2 seconds
7. the "media button" disappears and the tab get it's full size

Actual results:

Tabs with "media button" in it do not respect the "browser.tabs.tabMinWidth" preference.

Expected results:

Tabs should always be the size of the min width.

using the following in chrome.css works. so it's really about the preference.

.tabbrowser-tab {
min-width: 350px !important;
}

This regression will be fixed in Firefox 137 per bug 1945993.
