1953638 - Error message overlaps with 'Theme' heading

Prerequisites:

Found on Nightly 138.0a1 (2025-03-12) (64-bit)
Make sure browser.profiles.enabled is set to true

STR:

1. Open about:newprofile in Nightly
2. Ensure that the 'Profile Name' text input is blank. Press the 'Done editing' button
3. An error message will appear on screen under the 'Profile Name' text input

Expected / Actual:

At this time, the error message text overlaps with the Theme heading text making it difficult to read/look at. There are success criterion in WCAG that call out other instances, such as reflow @ 200% and text spacing, that specify that text should not overlap or truncate. (WCAG 1.4.10 Reflow, WCAG 1.4.12 Text Spacing)
