[Why is this notable]: This gives users the ability to Opt-In using Smart Tab Groups. It only turns on the opt-in flow, which users can cancel if they don't want to use the feature.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: No
[Suggested wording]: Smart Tab Groups enhances the creation of new groups by automating the process of grouping semantically similar tabs and labeling the group.
