HCM Night Sky view of the TOS card that is missing a border
The TOS dialog is missing the CanvasText-colored border around it that would help users with low vision and users with cognitive disabilities to discern the TOS dialog boundaries from the background page on their screen.
Borders for cards and dialogs are usually 1px solid CanvasText (that are framing the Canvas background of the dialog/card)
