We've recently standardised HCM versions of our chrome components. These components are being used in new designs, but there are surfaces in current FF that continue to use old non-standard components. These should be updated.

Individual pages (ie. about:preferences, about:addons, URL bar) should have their own bugs blocking this bug. If you encounter a component which does not yet have an HCM equivalent, please contact :morgan or :ayeddi, who will add it to the lib :)
