In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1954608 we unshipped the SVG discard element. But the SVGDiscardElement interface is still supported.

Tests: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/51800

The interface doesn't do anything and we intend to ship the discard element at some point.

Resolution: --- → WONTFIX

We ended up opting to remove the discard element in bug 1958839, for reasons laid out there. --> updating resolution to be a dupe of that bug rather than wontfix.
