Details

In the future we will have other experimental configurations behind a pref, such as the parent process navigation manager (Bug 1930616).
Rather than adding new jobs for each and every preference, we could leverage the existing tier 3 job created for async events, and include more preferences.

We decided to create individual jobs per preference
