According to the product spec:
There will be no context menu for any of the following that usually have a context menu: the window drag area, minimize button, maximize/restore button, close button, extension button, download button, hamburger button.
Blocks: Taskbar-Tabs
To be more precise, we want to remove the options within the toolbar context menu that allows you to customize the toolbar. This is because we show a simplified toolbar for taskbar tab windows, so it wouldn't make sense to allow customization in this case or it'll interfere with the actual toolbar.
