Note we need to make sure that download_win_mb in lib/config.tmpl is still correct at 40, I suspect it is closer to 46 for the current installer

Addendum. Signing key issue and x86 i686 deprecation for next release.
Can be integrated into the base patch. No need for a seperate patch.

We are currently working on acquiring a new key and integrating the new signing process into our infra, but it will take some time to complete.
