LGTM, but a few issues spotted:
in src/news.en.xml:
- one of the news entry links points to releases/seamonkey2.53.21/, not releases/seamonkey2.53.22/
- In the 6th paragraph of the news entry, perhaps it should copy the wording used in the beta when listing the supported platforms? (because of the dropping of 32-bit builds)
in src/releases/seamonkey2.53.22/index.en.html:
- "Seaonkey", from the summary of bug 1993788
in src/releases/index.en.html
- releasedate is set to October 23, other parts of the patch show October 24.
