not really defined but one idea is when hovering over a link, we show a feature callout (omc) or just our own preview panel with copy explaining how to use the feature (whether it's keyboard shortcut or long press, etc.). presumably there will be some frequency cap and delay before showing again

i believe the feature should be already enabled so there might not be an explicit call to action except maybe a "show me" or "show preview" as if the user did trigger the preview to show why the user might want to trigger it in the future

I've verified that the onboarding screen is correctly displayed and functions as expected when users first try this feature on the latest Beta 140.0b2 under Windows 11, macOS 14, and Ubuntu 24.04.
