If the user's current theme is not in the list of built-in themes, show it in an additional chip on the third row of about:editprofiles

Verified as fixed using Firefox 140.0b4 and the latest Nightly 141.0a1 on Windows 11, Ubuntu 25.04, and macOS 14. A new chip is created in the third row for user-installed AMO themes.

However, I observed some issues with avatar, card, and badge display for certain AMO themes - I have logged Bug 1970397 to cover those issues.
