Steps to reproduce:

• Save user name and password to a site (Ex: https://target.com)
• Set toolbar to the top (Optional step ?)
• Open Private tab and log in into the site using saved credentials.

Actual results:

After logging in, browser's toolbar color turns white.

Expected results:

After logging in, browser's toolbar should remain default dark purple PBM color.

This behaviour appeared in the past couple of weeks during 139 cycle. And may or may not be related to bug 1961747.
