Details

We should create a performance test page equivalent to the one we use for VideoEncoder to monitor performance changes for VideoDecoder.

For real-time usage, we need to ensure that the frame-to-frame decoding time measured from feeding an encoded chunk to receiving its decoded result is kept under 100ms. Currently, no such test page exists.

To address this, we can mirror the tests created in Bug 1932528 for VideoDecoder.
