Attachment: Weather widget overlapping search textbox and shortcuts

STR:

1. Open new tab page with weather widget enabled.
2. Enable "Switch to detailed view".
3. Choose a location with a two-word weather description like "Mostly cloudy" or "Partly sunny" (VPN may be necessary).
4. Reduce window width to just before it changes from 8 shortcuts to 6.

Expected:
No elements overlap and have spacing between them.

Actual:
Weather widget overlaps search box and shortcuts.

Does not happen with "Sunny" or "Cloudy" weather, requires a longer multi-word description like "Mostly cloudy" that overflows on to the next line.

Relevant settings:

browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.weather.display = detailed
browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabShortcuts.refresh = true

:thecount, next week is the final week of Beta for Fx139.
Do you want to prioritize a fix for Fx139/Fx140 or will it be in a later release?
Could you also set a severity on this?

Got an update via slack that this has a lower priority for the team's capacity. It's in the backlog.
