Prerequisites:

Found on 140.0a1 (2025-05-05) (64-bit)

STR:

  1. Turn on NVDA
  2. Open Nightly
  3. In this step you can find any link. I chose to go to Google Scholar and search 'accessibility'
  4. Using the tab key, move NVDA focus to any link.
  5. Press Shift + Alt to get the Link Preview to appear
  6. Press F6 to move focus into the Link Preview. Focus will first move to the URL bar and when F6 is pressed again, focus should move into the Link Preview
  7. NVDA will read off the Link Preview from top to bottom. Compare what is read aloud with what is visible in the link preview

Actual:

NVDA will read the first line/the link, skips the hyperlink containing the link name, and then reads the summary underneath the hyperlink

Expected:

NVDA should read everything from top to bottom and left to right
