Clone of bug 1920710 as that got backed out - we need another fix.

Adding a calendar from http://www.webcal.guru/fr-FR/t%C3%A9l%C3%A9charger_le_calendrier?calendar_instance_id=269 does not work.
It will work with https.

It's the same with an ics attachment in bugzilla.
