delete or hide tool-line (toolbars) should be in Customization Menu, toollines should hide when there is no object on it.

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030304 Phoenix/0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030304 Phoenix/0.5

After moving all of my buttons to the same line as the menu (file edit...help)

(witch BTW I think should be seporate buttons, because I don't want people to
use the Tools menu (I know I can get arround this by editing the code myself..
wimper wimper)

There is still an extra "toolbar"
(witch should be changed to (tool line, and groups of buttons be called a tool bar)

That negates my quest for extra screen space.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter hard to get to customization menu
2.move all buttons to the top one by one (unless an earlier bug has been fixed)
3.exit customization menu

observe

Actual Results:
There is an extra tool-line (toolbar)
with nothing on it. It wastes my screen space and mocks me.

Expected Results:
tool line (toolbar) should go away. when there is nothing on it.

A button in the customization menu could be used to "hide" the line rather than
delete it, so that the user can just drag buttons arround and actually put
something on it.

these changes (to the name "toolbar" to "toolline") should be made soon, as they
are fundimental building blocks to other objects. The sooner, the less
rework/time wasted.

yes, I call this a bug rather than an enhansement.
