1966535 - [M3 Migration] Implement the Acorn to M3 color token mapping

After the code has been migrated to M3 and the Design Systems team has finalized the token mapping, we should implement that mapping in the code so all future M3 work can inherit our system theming.

As part of this ticket:

• Map the Acorn color tokens to the M3 color system.
• Map the Acorn type tokens to the M3 type system.
