Steps to reproduce:
Replying to an email by clicking CTRL+R
Actual results:
When I want to answer an email by clicking CTRL + R, the cursor is for a very short moment set into the TO field and then automatically moved (by TB) into the body.
When I start typing "Hallo..." before the cursor was moved to the body by TB, TB autofills the TO field with another/additional unintended recipient - which should not be there... => Problem
Expected results:
The cursor should
a) not be in the TO field, but directly in the body;
or
b) if the cursor needs to be set into the TO field (for whatever reason), please don't move it automatically to the body, after the user has startet typing - to avoid autofill of unwanted recipients into the TO field.

Can't reproduce.
Hi Magnus,
I still can reproduce it (128.11.1esr (64-Bit)). It happens oftentimes.
So, if you debug the code, you'll see, that the cursor will be located in the TO field and then will be moved without user interaction to the body. If you type one or more letters before the cursor is moved to the body, you'll see that TB auto completes the types letters in the TO field and then moves the cursor to the body.
Did you try to reproduce by debugging?
Regards
Michael

No just tried running normally, couldn't notice anything. Is your computer very slow?
No, my Laptop is a Lenovo Yoga X1 Gen 7 with 32 GB RAM and Win 11.
Maybe I'm just too fast... 😁 I work mostly with keyboard shortcuts. So also in this case. I press CTRL+R and start typing...

MozMi: how is v146?
I have the latest version 140.6.0esr and didn't face the issue since a while.
Seems to be OK. Did you or someone apply a specific fix to it?
I cannot see the cursor in the TO field before jumping to the body, as I could see it before.

Thanks! I don't know what would have changed. (I never saw the issue.)
