Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to GitHub in the normal browsing mode
  2. Switch to the Private Browsing mode
  3. Open uBlock Origin's settings page
  4. Click any "!" button after each option to open a wiki page on GitHub

Actual results:

The opened GitHub page has the account logged in

Expected results:

The opened GitHub page has NO account logged in, since we don't log in to the account in the Private Browsing mode

Note that the opened GitHub page is in the Private Browsing mode (the address bar is purple)
