The last sync to version 24.0.0 happened 4 months ago (bug 1934281), so we might want to do it again this milestone if we still have the bandwidth.

Note that we run on Node 22 (bug 1942260 was just fixed) some of the additional patches we needed before aren't necessary to apply anymore. So it should simplify the whole vendoring process.
