  1. Launch Firefox and open ‘Actions’ from the Unified Search Button.

Expected result

  • Dropdown UI is displayed correctly.

Actual result

  • Dropdown UI is broken.

  • The same issue can be observed if the user types the '@actions' keyword in the urlbar and enters searchmode via keyword.

Issue is reproducible on a 2025-05-21 Firefox Nightly build on Windows 10.
Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 141.0a1 and Firefox Beta 140.0b2 on Windows 10, Ubuntu 22, macOS 15.
Opening Actions from the USB renders the dropdown correctly.
However, when typing the ‘@actions’ keyword in the urlbar, there is a split second flicker before the dropdown is displayed properly.
I have filled bug 1969417 for the flickering issue.
