- the divider in link preview card needs to be straight.
- the card will still have rounded corners if keypoints is not shown
- add box-shadow to opt-in modal in Link Preview

I've verified that the changes made to the Link Preview UI have been fixed: the divider in the Link Preview card is now displayed straight, the card has still rounded corners for the key points section which are not displayed, and a slight shadow is displayed around the Link Preview, which is noticeable on pages with a light background.
Tested with Beta 140.0b2 under Win 11, macOS 14 and Ubuntu 24.04.
