1968322 - "Manage History" Browser Bug Has Entries Teleport From Their Space to The Top of the List

Steps to reproduce:

(Desktop, Regular Firefox, Win11) (This has been an issue for a longg time)
[Inconsistent Bug]
Hamburger Dropdown ... > History > Manage History (Window Popup)
Scroll down, Middle click entry to open in new tab > alt+tab or switch back to original window, You should now see that the entry has teleported up.

Actual results:

Clicking older entries moves those entries to the top of the list, removing them from the chronology, and removing your cursor from the place in the list.

Expected results:

Duplicate entry could be created and sent to the top, and your cursor stays in the same place. Or your cursor could stay in the spot that it used to be?

I find this window is super annoying to use, you can be trying to find an old entry in your history, and be scrolled very far down, and when you click on the entry it'll send your entry back to the top.
This is super non ideal for checking old youtube viewing records, or shopping search records as it'll mess up your chronology. Otherwise this tool would've been pretty decent for the average user to check for a deleted video that might be on their playlists.
