I have specified to order Bookmarks by name. This works in the sidebar, but not
in the Bookmarks menu and not in the Bookmarks folder on the Personal Toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File some bookmarks
2. Enable sorting by name
3.

Actual Results:  
Bookmarks are being sorted by name in the sidebar, but not in the Bookmarks menu
and not in the Bookmarks folder on the Personal Toolbar.

Expected Results:  
Sort the Bookmarks everywhere.
