Steps to reproduce:

When my Developer Edition updated to 140 I noticed my tab groups changed to the colors used by a light mode theme. I then tried to manually change them to see if that reset them and they stayed the same.

Actual results:

The tab groups colors changed to the darker shades on the tab bar you would see in a light theme.

Expected results:

They should of stayed the same color as shown in the attached screenshot where the color selector shows the correct dark mode colors.

I just noticed that it is changing the sidebar to a light theme as well, even though the theme is a dark theme.
