So, when I landed the Aqua form control support for Cocoa, I created
gfx/src/shared/nsNativeTheme.cpp, which is intended to be a cross-platform base
class for nsITheme implementations. It's basically a set of utility functions
for determining the state to draw the widget in, and whether author CSS styling
should cause nsITheme to be disabled for the widget.
This bug is to track converting the Linux and Windows nsITheme implementations
to use the common base class.
