Right now HDR state change is ignored as Gtk3 doesn't provide/support it. We'd need to listen to wp_color_management_output_v1::image_description_changed for it (and perhaps ignore other events then).

We should also test multi-monitor HDR scenario and how Firefox behaves if one monitor is HDR.

The WIP here needs to be tested in multi-monitor setup and fires update for all monitors in case of single monitor change. May we need to update only one screen here (if that's even possible)?
