Steps to reproduce

1. Configure the environment:

   1. Visit about:config.

   2. Apply "browser.display.use_document_fonts": 0.

   3. Apply a monospace font for your current language.

2. Create the bug:

   1. Visit bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi with any ?product=.

   2. Submit it.

   3. Add https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/11370#issue-3136480634:~:text=I%20could%20append%20the%20relevant%20Media%20Type%20subtag%20to%20the%20mis%20prefix%2C%20like%20mis%2Dyaml%2C%20but%20that's%20not%20nearly%20as%20versatile%20as%20a%20Media%20Type%20subtag%20(ISO%20369%20wouldn't%20handle%20+yaml). to the //*[@id="see_also-help-link"].

Actual results

The URI renders outside the event form.

Expected results

It should wrap with the form. As an example, see bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=487450#c3, which provides a patch to remediate a very similar problem in this manner:
