Expected Behavior:
Firefox is a recommended browser message displayed
Actual Behavior:
Chrome is the only recommended browser message displayed
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

It's not just a warning, it's effectively broken. There's supposed to be iFrame content, but that's not there. Looking at the CSS:
iframe {
height: -webkit-fill-available;
/* ... */
}
Just setting -moz-available doesn't work, the iFrame is still off-screen. But nothing we can't fix.

The site is gone so it doesn't matter much; but based on comment 2, this would have been fixed by the patch that I've just landed in bug 1988938.
I've added that as the platform-bug here, and I'm removing the dependency on bug 1872755 (which remains open and tracks broader support beyond what would have been needed here).
